Danessa Itaya is the Brand President of Bio-One. She brings 30 years of experience in the franchise industry, including 10 years of national and international leadership experience, growing what are now household brand names: Molly Maid, Maid Right, and Property Management Inc., (PMI). She serves on the Women in Franchising Committee of the International Franchise Association and was named one of Entrepreneur’s Top Influential Women in Franchising in 2022. With her lead by example style, she’s excited to embrace the culture of ‘Help First’ and continue making a difference in the lives of others.
CHIEF OPERATIONS and INITIATIVES OFFICER
As the Chief Operations and Initiatives Officer at Bio-One, Sandi Ellis oversees ongoing business operations for franchise offices across the United States. Since joining the Bio-One corporate team, she has helped the company grow to over 115 offices across 40 states. Being a Bio-One franchise owner from 2013 to 2017, she fully understands what franchisees experience and how to help them succeed. From 2001 to 2015, Ms. Ellis was employed by Brinker International, where she held multiple finance and operational roles.
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Krista Gregg has 15 years of public relations, digital media, and marketing experience, working with small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. In 2019, Gregg and her husband purchased their first of two Bio-One franchises, and in 2021 she partnered with the Bio-One home office to guide and implement national marketing strategies. By June 2022, Gregg joined the Bio-One home office full-time as the Marketing Director, where she oversees national branding, internal communication, and franchise owner marketing and support.
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
J. Andrew Mengason
Andrew is the Chief Growth Officer of Five Star Franchising, a growing platform of home services brands including Bio-One. He has nearly 30 years of experience in franchising and acquisition of brands, most notably in the restoration and home service industries. He began his franchising career with a small textile restoration firm outside of Detroit, Michigan, soon taking a leadership position with Certified Restoration Dry Cleaning Network (CRDN) and 1-800-DryCleaning, the largest textile restoration franchise network in the world, and the nation’s premier home pickup and delivery dry-cleaning service.
